Label Design SoftwareAt Bar Code Systems London, we do not believe in charging for services the customer does not need. We believe in changing the rules of the game!

 

We are able to charge the lowest prices for all products as we do not need to build in the costs of support services. If you would like any added value services, we are only too happy to supply them to you at very competitve rates.

 

We provide the following:

  • Training: Full on site training in all products purchased. Daily rate includes training, materials and travel expenses.
  • Hardware Installation: On site installation of products.
  • Telephone support: Charged at 50p per minute. Support during working hours for all hardware and software products
  • Maintenance and support contracts: 4 and 8 working hour response and fix times available for all printers.
