This upgrade to the standard unit, in addition to verifying the code, will also display the full description on the screen and on the printout. The code will only be passed if the right code is on the right product.
If a price is shown on the pack in human readable format, this can be added to tha database. The verifier will display this price for visual confirmation. This is a useful feature for products such as ready made meals whcich have a retail price.
